The annual Ohio Mission Region and SE Ohio Mission District Convocations will take place online Saturday, May 2. Though not ideal, given the current situation, Ohio NALC leaders thought it best to proceed in this way for 2020. The Ohio regional convocation will take place from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on Saturday, May 2, and will include worship, keynote presentation by Bishop Selbo followed by Questions and Answers, and concluding with a brief meeting to conduct the annual business of the region, which includes the five mission districts of Ohio.

The Ohio Mission District Convocations will follow online at 12:00 PM on the Zoom platform, including the Southeast Ohio meeting.
Documents pertaining to the meeting are attached. Voting will be explained on the day of the meeting, but only delegates are constitutionally allowed to vote, and we will be on the honor system, since we are not requiring registration this year. Most of our congregations are allotted 2 lay delegates in addition to ordained clergy, though larger congregations are assigned more, based on previous year’s reported attendance figures.
