Pastor Seth Jersild will begin his time with St. John’s on Monday, July 23rd. Pastor Jerslid served Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in St. Joseph, IL from 2006 – 2018. He is from Moline, Illinois. He graduated with a double major in Religion and English from Saint Olaf College in 1987. He received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, and his Master of Divinity degree from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 1992. He is married to Karen; they have two college-aged children, Eleanor and Victor.
