The Owls Committee and St. John’s Youth Group would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you who participated in this ministry. The generosity of your donations far exceeded our expectations. Our original goal of 100 kits grew to 200 kits. In addition we collected over $1000.00 dollars. Thursday, March 15, Adventure Club and OWLS made special notes for the care kits. On Wednesday April 11th the Owls and the Youth Group assembled the kits and on Sunday April 15th they were blessed at the Contemporary Worship Service. They were shipped the following week, along with all extra supplies. A check will be sent to Sole Hope to use for their clinics and to continue caring for the Ugandan people. Again, our deepest thanks to our wonderful congregation.
