Finally!!! We are going on a road trip – all the way down to Columbus Street to Broadway!!! We have rescheduled our private tour (45 minutes) of the spanking new Grove City library for our March 17th meeting. Did you know it’s 48,000 square feet in size? Did you know it has an elevator? Don’t you want to see the Harper Grove Early Literacy section made possible by a $100,000 donation from Laura Harper? Don’t you want to see the Women’s Civic Club of Grove City Reading Room? And so much more! Even though many of us have visited the library and enjoyed the surroundings, we think you will learn little tidbits of information. If you haven’t been there yet, you are in for a treat. It is magnificent and impressive. Grab a friend and come join us.
We hope you consider joining our group. It’s easy and cheap to join! No age requirement! No dues! No mandatory attendance! Plus -our get togethers provide you with a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends who might attend a different church service than you. If you haven’t been to a meeting before, you’re missing a good time. We share our love for God. We look forward to visiting and extending the hand of Christian friendship to you. If you come regularly, you already know our programs are interesting and timely. So everyone mark your calendars and plan to join your friends (old and new)!
We will not be hosting a carry-in lunch. We are going to enjoy a delicious boxed lunch. The cost is $6.50 payable that day. If you make a reservation, you are responsible for the cost unless you cancel by Wednesday, March 15th by either calling the office or Bonnie Swanson (614-875-1392). Tea, lemonade, and coffee will be provided. Lunch will be served at 11:30 AM so try and be there by 11:15 AM. After lunch, we will carpool to the library.
