Dear Mexico Mission Trip Supporters –
I would like to thank you all for your generous hearts in supporting our team through prayer, fundraising, and donations throughout the year! You allow us to share God’s love with the children in Mexico. This was my ninth trip with the Mexico team, and I am still growing in faith and love for this service. This year, I had two ninas, Nallely and Mariana. Nallely liked to hang out with her friends most of the time. On the other hand, Mariana was more of a loaner. She impressed me with her assertiveness in trying new things and not following the crowd.
We spent a day at Rancho Casitas, where we had the opportunity to try different events. Rock climbing was one of the choices. Mariana was excited to do this event and wasn’t concerned about what the others were doing. Together, through an interpreter, we talked about living life to the fullest and following God’s plan. I could use some of Mariana’s courage in my life, too!
“Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know your labor is not in vain.” -1 Corinthians 15:58
