On Sunday, June 10th, Pastor Don will be celebrating his 40th Anniversary of Ordination and 33 years of ministry here at St. John’s Lutheran Church. In celebration of this wonderful milestone, we will be having one worship service that day at 11:00 AM. (Please note – there will NOT be a Saturday night service.)
Immediately following the worship service, we will be moving to the Family Life Center to continue Pastor Don’s retirement celebration which includes a catered meal. We need to have all RSVP’s for the meal by Sunday, June 3rd so that we can provide an accurate count to the caterers ensuring that there is food for everyone who will be attending. If you would like to honor Pastor Don with a monetary gift, he has asked that donations be given to the Organ Fund at St. John’s. Donations can be dropped off at the church office or put in the offering plate on Sunday mornings. Please be sure to mark Organ Fund on the envelope so it gets to the proper place.
