Dear St. John’s Church Family,
Since our sanctuary is limited to 75 people during these challenging times, reservations will be necessary if you are planning to attend Christmas Eve worship services at St. John’s.
Please call the church between Wednesday, December 16th and Tuesday, December 22nd at the following number to make your Christmas Eve worship reservations: 614-875-2314.
When you call the church office, please let us know the following information:
- Your last name.
- The number of people in your party who will attend worship on Christmas Eve.
- Which service you would prefer to attend (this will depend upon availability):
- 4:30 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m.
- 7:30 p.m.
- 9:00 p.m.
Reservations will be made on a first-call, first serve basis; please be aware that your first choice for worship services may be unavailable, so it will help if you are prepared to give us your second/third choices when you call.
If you call between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the weekdays, you will be able to speak directly to someone in the church office who will immediately reserve places for you.
Outside of those hours, please leave a message on our church voicemail with the above information. If you do not hear back from us, that means your reservation is confirmed. If the worship service you’re requesting by voicemail is at full capacity, we will get back to you and let you know which service(s) are still available.
Also, if you make a reservation and then realize you won’t be able to come after all, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your spot to someone else.
Please remember that face-coverings are required for all who enter the church building, and that we will be observing social distancing practices in all our worship services. Please also keep in mind that we will be holding a Christmas Day service at 10:00 a.m., where no reservations are necessary.
Thank you so much for your patience and flexibility as we move through these trying times as a church family. May God fill you with the love and grace of the Newborn King as we celebrate His birth!
