Pastor Don Allman, Senior Pastor
Pastor Don first came to St. John's in 1985 as our associate pastor. In 1998, we called Pastor Don to serve as our senior pastor. Under his leadership, St. John's has focused on a move from "membership" towards "discipleship." Here we focus on 6 traits that define who we are and what we do in our faithful following of Jesus. These 6 marks of discipleship are: Prayer, Worship. Bible Study, Service, Relationships, and Giving. As our congregation embraces these marks and as we, collectively and individually, live them we will grow in faith, love, and obedience to the will of God.

Pastor Scott Ness, Associate Pastor
Pastor Scott joined the St. John's family in 2008. Since that time he has spent energy in getting to know the people and ministries of St. John's. He, too, is passionate about discipleship and helping people walk with Jesus everyday. Relationships are central and key to Pastor Scott's ministry. This manifests itself as he helps to empower families to do devotions through the faith five. This nightly ritual of sharing highs and lows, reading scripture together, talking about their connection points, praying together, and blessing one another is simple and a powerful way for families to wrestle with faith together.
