Please read through this page as you learn a little more about St. John's and the different ways that you can be a part of our community.  At St. John's, we are making a shift in our practice.  For far too long, The Church has been focused on membership as its primary language of association with congregational life.  And yet, Jesus gives us a clear command at the end of the gospel of Matthew.  We are to "Go and make disciples..."  Discipleship is the focus of what we do as a congregation.  Membership implies paying dues and receiving services.  Discipleship is a description of a close connection and relationship with Jesus Christ that affects and effects the way we live.  If you have more interest in learning about how we "do" discipleship at St. John's, I encourage you to click here.
